The duo, consisting of married singer-songwriters Shawn Fisher and Jordyn Jackson, has traveled more than 250,000 miles since their musical inception, building a devoted grassroots following with a sound that is at once cinematic and intimate. Their catalog spans clever and poignant reflections on life’s peaks and valleys, weaving together feel-good love songs, thoughtful explorations of spirituality, refreshing takes on the human condition, and transparent confessions of mental health struggles.

A testament to their close relationship with their supporters, Flagship Romance has released five critically acclaimed full-length albums, including their ambitious self-titled double album. Every project has been 100% funded by their enthusiastic fanbase, with crowdfunding campaigns raising more than $175,000 in direct support of their music. Produced by GRAMMY award-winning producer Lee Miles, the self-titled double album represents the duo’s most expansive and fully realized artistic statement to date.

Relentless touring has always been at the core of the duo’s identity. In 2024–2025 alone, Flagship Romance completed three European tours spanning 11 countries, strengthening their international presence and cultivating loyal audiences overseas. With another European tour already being booked for winter 2027, their global footprint continues to grow.

In support of their new double album, Flagship Romance is currently embarking on a six-month cross-country United States tour co-headlining with fellow Americana duo The Rough & Tumble. Performing each show as if it could be their last, Fisher and Jackson combine technical precision in their impeccably tight vocal blend with an invigorating sense of emotional abandon on stage. The result is a performance experience so full and high-energy it is difficult to believe it comes from just two voices and an acoustic guitar.

A reflection of their genre-spanning catalog, the duo has opened for an eclectic range of artists including Iris DeMent, Half Moon Run, Andrew McMahon, and the Goo Goo Dolls. They have received enthusiastic responses at notable festivals such as Kerrville Folk Festival, Cayamo Music Cruise, Mile of Music Festival, Florida Folk Festival, and Strangecreek Campout. Flagship Romance has also been selected as an official showcase artist at the international Folk Alliance Conference in 2015, 2016, and 2023.

From 2012 to 2015, Fisher and Jackson founded and hosted Clean Water Music Fest, raising more than $125,000 for charity: water and helping fund clean water initiatives in Malawi, Rwanda, and Ethiopia.

Currently based in Louisville, Kentucky, Flagship Romance continues to build community through authentic storytelling, grassroots connection, and the simple yet powerful combination of two voices and one guitar. With a newly released double album, a six-month U.S. tour underway, and another European tour on the horizon, the duo shows no signs of slowing down.
